Chris Brogan re-written
If Chris Brogan had an editor, this is what his latest post would look like. Smaller words, fewer prepositions, more active verbs.

“It’s not rocket science.”
I hear that all the time in my line of work. My reply is, ‘Nothing is. We simply pretend it is to feel important.’
We’re human. Talk with us. Eschew obfuscation.* (get it?)
Business value is in big understanding, not in big words. We confuse this all the time. We forget we’re writing to be understood by others, not just to hear ourselves talk.
I’m in the business of achieving success for myself, my clients and my army. Each insight I share with you on this site, I hope you’ll push forward.
I’ll leave rocket science to NASA.
*Avoid confusion
